It may be easy for women to find New Year’s Eve shoes, but for most men the task is daunting. Here is a brief guide to NYE shopping for Men:
1. Stick to basic black, which goes with everything and is classic.
2. Don’t spend more than $150 on shoes you most likely won’t wear more than a handful of times per year.
3. Oxfords, loafers, and evening sneakers are your friend.
4. For the love of all things fashionable, match your belt to your shoes!

Leave the holiday party attire behind because today we’re kickin’ it old school with high-tops. According to Converse, between 1948-1958 high top sneakers made their first appearance on the fashion scene.
With the invention of Rock & Roll came the Rock & Roll “uniform” consisting of jeans, a leather jacket, and of course…high-top sneakers. Around the time the high-top sneaker was introduced so was The National Basketball Association, growing up together in fashion/sport unison.
Today, the high-top sneaker can still be seen among teens and young adults — a classic that lives on.

Socks are no longer  just for keeping cozy come winter, they have become a fashion accessory staple.
One. Cozy up with a cup of coffee and keep your toesies warm with this must-have winter accessory.
Two. Hipsters have perfected the art of rolled up pants with printed socks. Don’t let Williamsburg take credit for this trend, spread the sock love.
Three. The highly debate issue of socks with high heels still raises questions among many. Why? Because, much like wearing white after Labor Day, there is an unspoken rule about NOT wearing socks with open sandals or heels. But, rules were meant to be broken so put your fashion sense to the test this winter.
Now that you know the one, two, threes of socks, we’re going to spill the beans about our favorite sock brand, Darn Tough: They come with a lifetime guarantee. Yes, that means no matter how stinky or hole-y they get, you’re covered!

All men of style know that a bag has become the necessary accessory. It is no longer an item reserved just for only the ladies; men’s bags are essentially manly, attractive, and ideal additions to any man’s wardrobe. If your thinking of dabbling in the black hole of men’s bags but don’t quite know which one would suit you best, then repeat this phrase after me ‘Can I get the Bed:Stu Tan Shawn Tote please?!’ There, that was easy wasn’t it?
This tote is a modern take on the classic briefcase. The Shawn Tote is the utmost in casual business attire with its washed canvas look, leather detailing, large functional pockets, and adjustable shoulder (which gives this tote a contemporary edge). If purchased, this bag will add a touch of laid-back masculinity to any casual work wear.

Palladium was founded in 1920 in the fledgling aviation industry to make tires.  Their expertise was so advanced that soon the majority of Europe’s aircraft were using Palladium tires. After World War I, the demand for tires died down, thus Palladium decided to open a plant in Pont De Cheruy, France to start producing footwear.
As the Nylon Nov. 2011 Diary states, “For winter ’11 Palladium introduces the Pilot Collection, featuring 100 percent Australian wool linings for soft comfort and winter warmth. With the signature fold-over collar, these boots are as functional as they are stylish.”
Leave it to Nylon to feature only the best of the best in their Diary.

I may be a girl but I know a thing or two about what I want to see on my (imaginary) man: Red Wing boots a la David Beckham. Did I mention that I wouldn’t mind if David Beckham happened to come along with with the 1907 Heritage Classic Lifestyle Moc Boots?
These rugged boots make even the most effeminate man look masculine. The timeless style and durability make Red Wings instant classics, perfect for gallivanting (do men gallivant?) in the woods or rushing off to the airport like Beckham. If you want to look even more like David Beckham, minus Victoria on your arm, pair the boots with jeans or cakis and a v-neck tee. Don’t forget the beanie, which adds to your “I just got out of bed” look.
